Each of our Telehealth sessions lasts 50 minutes and takes place once per week, but I understand that life can be unpredictable, so I offer flexible scheduling, including weekends, early mornings, and evening appointments.

During this session, I will take the time to get to know you, gather important background information, and understand what brings you to therapy. This will help us collaboratively create a tailored plan for your care, setting clear goals that align with your unique needs and aspirations.
