Hi, I’m Laura. I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, overwhelm, self-doubt, and relationship stress. Many of the people I work with are used to holding things together while feeling overwhelmed inside.
My goal is to help you understand yourself with more compassion and build skills that make daily life feel more manageable.
My own experiences with depression, anxiety, and ADHD—and the support of a therapist who made a real difference in my life—helped lead me to this field. I know how meaningful it can be to feel understood and have someone help you see a way forward.
Your experience will be your own. I’ll bring curiosity, respect, and a willingness to understand what matters to you.
Our sessions are conversational and collaborative. There’s room for difficult feelings, humor, honest feedback, and gentle challenges when they’re helpful.
We’ll explore patterns, practice new skills, and choose small steps you can try between sessions. I want you to leave with a clearer understanding of yourself and something useful to carry into your week.
I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology from Florida State University and my master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of Central Florida.
Over more than 10 years, I’ve worked in residential substance use treatment, nonprofit programs, intensive outpatient care, and individual therapy. I’m certified in dialectical behavior therapy and draw from CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and person-centered approaches.
I’m based in New Orleans and provide online therapy in Louisiana and Florida.
You don’t have to figure everything out before reaching out.
